Terms of use
Last updated 14 October 2026. These terms apply when you use the GoPerk app. The service is provided by Arash Ahmadinia as a private person ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
1. The service
GoPerk rewards walking. Walkers collect coins by walking and use them to unlock offers from local shops. Shops post offers and confirm vouchers at the counter. Features may change as the app develops.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then Delete account).
3. Coins
- Coins are rewards inside GoPerk. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
- Coins are earned only as the app describes: walking, the sign-up and daily login bonuses, invites, the jackpot and rewarded videos. We may change how many coins activities give.
- Coins earned by breaking these terms may be removed.
4. Fair play
You may not use fake GPS or location apps, emulators, automation, several accounts or any other trick to earn coins or unlock offers, or try to copy, forge or guess voucher codes. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
5. Offers and vouchers
- Offers are provided by the shops. The shop is responsible for the product or service, its quality and any allergy or age information.
- Each offer can be unlocked once per person. A voucher is valid for the time shown in the app and can be used once, at the shop that posted the offer.
- Offers are available while stock lasts and until they end. Shops may stop an offer at any time; vouchers already unlocked stay valid until they expire.
6. Shops
- Shop owners must give correct information about their business and offers, and honour vouchers that the scanner confirms as valid.
- Posting offers requires an active subscription (currently €49.99 a month, or €24.99 for Gold Stores), bought in the app, or paid with coins (currently 50,000,000 coins for 30 days; Silver and Gold Stores). Silver and Gold levels are optional and bought the same way. When the subscription ends, the shop's offers stop being shown.
- On iPhone (App Store) the subscription and the levels are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown in the app unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current month; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the month ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If Apple cannot charge your payment method, access may continue during Apple's billing grace period and ends if the payment does not go through. Moving to a higher level applies at once; moving to a lower level applies at the next renewal.
- On Android (Google Play) each purchase is a 30-day pass that does not renew by itself.
- Payments, refunds and receipts are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. A refunded purchase ends the subscription or level it paid for.
- Offers must be legal and suitable for all ages. We may remove offers or shops that break these terms.
7. Referral rewards
When a friend joins with your referral code, you get the invite reward (currently 1,000,000 coins) when they use their first offer. When a shop is created with your code, you get the shop reward (currently 2,000,000 coins) once we approve the shop, and a further reward (currently 5,000,000 coins) when that shop pays its second month. Referral rewards are paid in coins only; there are no cash or euro rewards. Rewards obtained by misuse, for example self-referral, are not paid.
8. Safety
Pay attention to traffic and your surroundings while walking. Do not use the app in a way that puts you or others at risk. Walking routes are suggestions based on open map data and may not always be accurate or safe.
9. Liability
We provide GoPerk as it is and do our best to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it is always available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Finnish law.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; for important changes we tell you in the app before they apply. You can stop using GoPerk and delete your account at any time.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
