450 m Good to know
Questions on the way.
Is GoPerk free?
Yes. Signing up, walking and collecting coins are free. You get 1,000,000 welcome coins once you confirm your email, and 50,000 more every day you open the app. Silver (€2.99) and Gold (€5.99) levels are optional and give you two or three times the walking coins.
How do I earn coins?
Walking: 10,000 coins for every 100 m, up to 8 km a day. Videos: 10,000 coins each, up to 10 a day. Daily jackpot: three free spins, and every spin wins 20,000 to 100,000 coins. A 7-day streak adds 200,000, and every friend who joins with your code adds 1,000,000.
How is my walk measured?
With your phone's GPS while you walk with the app open. Every walk is checked on our server, and fake locations earn nothing.
How do I use an offer?
Pick a free treat or a coin deal, go to the shop (walk there with GoPerk to collect coins on the way) and unlock it at the door. Your voucher shows a QR code for 24 hours: the seller scans it and the offer is yours. Each offer once per person.
What does a coin deal cost?
It is priced from what you save: €1 off costs 1,000,000 coins. So a deal that saves you €5 costs 5,000,000 coins. Free offers cost no coins at all.
Are coins money?
No. Coins unlock offers inside GoPerk. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
How does my shop join?
Sign up as a shop owner in the app and create your store with its address and photo, or send us a request with the "Request to be on the map" button. We check every new shop before it goes live.
What does it cost for shops?
€49.99 a month: on iPhone a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel, on Android a 30-day pass. Silver and Gold Stores can also pay with 50,000,000 coins, and Gold Stores pay half. Upgrades: Silver Store +€9.99 and Gold Store +€19.99 a month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. On iPhone, cancel in your App Store subscription settings; your shop stays live until the end of the month you paid for. Android passes never renew by themselves.
What do shops get for free offers?
Every approved free offer earns your shop 4,000,000 coins (one a day), which you can put toward your subscription.
Can I earn by bringing shops?
Yes. Share your code with a shop: you get 2,000,000 coins when it joins with your code, and 5,000,000 more when it subscribes.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, then Delete account. It is deleted right away. More on the Delete your account page.
